The trail is nearly done.

The cotton belt trail is nearly finished. All That is left is the last little bit. Maybe a section of ten or twelve feet on either side of the tracks next to precinct line road.

  1. Thanks for the update. Have the "sidewalk closed" signs that don't suggest what people ought to do instead been taken down yet?

  3. Does this mean the paved trail now extends from Browning Dr. to John McCain Rd, except for that section of 10-12 feet?

    1. Yes! From Browning to John McCain is done except for that small section. Now if we can get from John McCain to Pool Road done that would be great.

  4. Last weekend, it did not look like the Colleyville section at Pool Road was finished.

    1. I have heard a rumor that that section is contingent on the hwy 26 widening project...they plan on creating a wide sidewalk on one side of the bridge... So keeping watch on the Project further north may be wise!
